Organizations or programs that offer certifications with accompanying signs that you can put in your garden. These are organizations that can provide certs/signs nationwide, rather than organizations that only tend to local gardeners.

Organizations

• National Wildlife Federation - NWF offers the Wildlife Habitat Certification. Applicants are asked to confirm they’ve provided the required number of elements for food, water, cover, places to raise young, and sustainable practices.
• Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation - The Xerces Society shop includes a Pollinator Habitat sign.

• Pollinator Partnership - Register your garden, enable purchase of Bee Friendly Garden sign. They also have printable signs
